澳門的機器人工作坊

這個月一連三個星期六、日。也會走到澳門科學館為同學們分享機械人動作編輯的基本概念，而今次的工作坊預備了十台 Tri Robot。預備這十台 Tri Robot 由最初確定訂單到現在足足有六星期左右時間，而真正齊習零件是最後的三星期，生產這十台 Tri Robot 真的不容易。

製作一台 Tri Robot 的過程：
1. 最少也要鎖上千多粒鑼絲
2. 每台 Tri Robot 最少有百多粒 7mm x 15mm 小型 90度銅片
3. 每台 Tri Robot 最少有百多件大大小小形狀不同的零件
4. 每台 Tri Robot 零件最少要上兩層噴油，才能達到美觀效果
5. 全部接線
6. 焊電子板、 LED 板、藍芽板
7. Print 零件，以一對腳掌為例，每對腳掌底層要例印大約十小時
8. 其他大小狀況解決

想想要把以上事情乘十倍工作量，是多麼耗時、多麼消耗體能，最後三星期全力衝刺的時候更是已爆發出 200% 能量。

雖然體力消耗所餘無幾，但幸好看見同學們也很感興趣地學習也感到開心，這真是值得去做的一件事情，作為一個設計者，開心感到欣慰的，必定是用家拿著你設計的物件感到高興的時候，何況我既是設計者又是 Maker。當然生產這十隻 Tri Robot 也不是只有我一人的能力，也需要 Peter 的電子及 CNC 能力，也需要 Pacess 的 Apps，也需要有老師的支持用戶的專心學習。

生產 Tri Robot

逐步逐步的走向前，在 14-15/Dec BloodKeith 走到澳門教授首兩堂的機械人課，而教具就是 Tri Robot DMP，過去兩個月，完成 Maker Faire 後，Tri Robot 小組一直也沒有停下來，程式設計師 Pacess 把 Apps Amigo Robot 優化上架。

電子工程師 Peter 把控制板 PeterOne 生產成為成品及幫忙生產機體零件。
而我把原有用在 ProGear Servo 的設計改變可用到 DMP Servo 上，及為 Tri Robot DMP 寫一份組裝説明書。首兩天課堂仍算順利，困難的課堂應是未來動作編輯的課堂。

SF01L Spider Robot Limited Can be sell?

TK05 的製作暫時要先放在一旁，因有另一計劃要先完成。

SF01L 量產六足計劃，由 BloodKeith 設計，繼續使用 Dr.Victor 所開發的控制板，MT-SC31SQ 及 PS2 Adapter，加上由 CNC 之王 Peter 製作的亞加力膠機身及腳部組件，再配合已作量產的 ProGear CA-01 C-Mount 鋁製工廠零件及 PC-02 Servo 相連機構組件的碳纖維板。

整個計劃便是香港首次，六足機械人生產計劃，而且已在進入測試及製作說明書的階段。

Continue Programming – TK05 ProGear

I have dismatle all the parts of TK05 DMP, it will be going to brush the color next week.

TK05 ProGear still continue programming the action, The New MT-SC31SQ is easy to use, I will be draw a schematic later.

The Program of TK05, Now can walk front, walk left, walk right,

& I have test a special program today , fast start action , slow end the action, it is no really soft start soft end.

Make it better, Make it smallest

The finger for the TK05 Gemini ( Twins ) have been made.

each length of the finger is around 17mm-18mm, it may be the smallest robot finger around the world ( Hope ) 🙂

TK05 Gemini ( Twins ) Robot

After received the DMP RS-1270 Robot Servo. I have need to update my design of TK05. When I know DMP Electronics INC have this product. I have a idea “ why not do a pair of twins robot ? “ it is same design. But the legs is different. It can show different servo power.

Next Month, I will be start the project.

The Final Test of TK04 TorreóN

 

finish the monitor & receiver mounting for the TK04 TorreóN. The TK04 Project will be stop at the moment. If have any update for this project , will be update ASAP.

The next job is repair the TK03 first, at the last month, TK03 have drop on the floor around 1m height. some of the parts are broken. also I have decide to replace the Kondo KHR-3HV foot on the TK03, & beautiful the cable routing for the TK03.

& remake the demo unit ( 4 servo Robot ) for the primary school.

then will be start the Project TK05.

this is the draft for the TK05. before TK05 project start, may be have some re-edit design for the Parts & the outlook.

Robot TK04 TorreóN test walk forward

Complete all mechanical works for the TK04 TorreóN

I have been designed & made the first parts CA-01 for the ProGear BL806 Robot Servo. This C-mount design by me & manufacture at the factory. I have waiting a long time of this CA-01 for complete my TK04 TorreóN.

now I just need to play attendtion for program the TK04 TorreóN, to complete it ASAP.

C-Mount for the ProGear BL806 Robot Servo

First Robot Parts Designed By me have been manufacture at the factory. Just have received some of the test sample from the factory. It will be have a large stock at the mid of the March.

It can be fit with the ProGear BL806 Robot Servo.

for the TK04 TorreóN, Now have been done all the Parts for the Robot TK04, but still need to wait the factory for the C-Mount manufacture,
