T5 錘頭鯊去美國

是的,錘頭鯊到達美國已經一星期了,認識 Khan Flicks 是在 2017年 1月,我已經叫 Khan 等了我一年多,我才在 2018年 6月寄出 T5 錘頭鯊給他 review,實在有點不好意思,T5 這次出去有三個任務,

1. 秘密任務 2. 秘密任務 3. 秘密任務

就是 他要完成的任務,而最重要的是希望 T5 能接觸到亞洲區以外的朋友,當然 T5 已完成了其中一項任務。

TK05 Gemini ( Twins ) Robot

After received the DMP RS-1270 Robot Servo. I have need to update my design of TK05. When I know DMP Electronics INC have this product. I have a idea “ why not do a pair of twins robot ? “ it is same design. But the legs is different. It can show different servo power.

the Left Side – TK05-ProGear , the legs servo – ProGear BL806 Digital Robot Servo.

the Right Side – TK05-DMP , the legs servo – DMP RS-1270 Digital Robot Servo.

Next Month, I will be start the project.

The Final Test of TK04 TorreóN

finish the monitor & receiver mounting for the TK04 TorreóN. The TK04 Project will be stop at the moment. If have any update for this project , will be update ASAP.

The next job is repair the TK03 first, at the last month, TK03 have drop on the floor around 1m height. some of the parts are broken. also I have decide to replace the Kondo KHR-3HV foot on the TK03, & beautiful the cable routing for the TK03.

& remake the demo unit ( 4 servo Robot ) for the primary school.

then will be start the Project TK05.

this is the draft for the TK05. before TK05 project start, may be have some re-edit design for the Parts & the outlook.

TK04 TorreóN have connect with a toy gun , shoot with the BB bullet ,

so need to have a test for the gun , and the laser sight have to adjust the angle ,

Finish the TK04 TorreóN Design a long time ago, but still busy for work. Didn’t have time to start the TK04 TorreóN Project before. Now Start.

Whole design for the TK04 TorreóN, have six legs , two 360 degree servo wheel, 7v Led Light, Gun, Camera, PS2 Control,

Use SEM-R0001 with the ProGear BL806 – solution 1

For the ProGear BL806 , it have got both AXLE , usually we still have to make the aluminum servo mount for the servo , but I have two more easy solution to build the servo mount for the ProGear BL806 ,

SANY0084_resize First , we have to prepare the tools ,
1. a 8mm drill ,
2. a cutter ,
3. a 45 degree drill ,
SANY0072_resize we can see that the SEM-R0001 plastic servo mount is not enough long for the ProGear BL806 , it is not a problem .
SANY0073_resize use the cutter , cut the SEM-R0001 servo mount at the middle , make it be separate .

SANY0077_resize use the 45 degree drill make the hole have a 45 degree cutting , it can include a 2mm screw ,
SANY0078_resize use the 8mm drill for make the plastic hole bigger , then it can fix at the ProGear BL806 .
SANY0079_resize then use a aluminum plank with 6 hole & 6 pcs 2mm screw , fix & join back the SEM-R0001 together ,

Robot Servo ProGear BL806 – chapter 2

SANY0053_resize inside the ProGear BL806 , the mechanical design is better than the TowerPro MG995.

1, the TowerPro MG995 motor in the case is fix by glue , as my experience when the servo in action , the motor will get friction or torque , it will make the motor body rotate , that is not a good design for fix by glue. The ProGear BL806 motor is fix by screw , so it is good.

MG995 2, at the middle Gear , when I use TowerPro MG995 , I found that the plastic case at the middle axle will be broke , because the plastic is not strong enough for long time use , the hole will change to ellipse.
3, the ProGear BL806 , at the middle axle , it have a small metal supporter at both side for the middle gear , so it will be stonger then the MG995.

Robot Servo ProGear BL806 Report – chapter 1

this time I have writing in English , because I have to share some information with the Robot friends at the foreign country , The Robot Servo – ProGear BL806 is a high quality servo for making robot.

For making robot , we always use GWS , TowerPro , Futaba , or any high torque digital servo … but the robot still didn’t works good, I think that the problem is come form the Servo , it is because when the factory design a servo, it is for the RC model car or plane , it is not for the Robot use , this means the servo are low grade , so the servo are easy get damage , followings you can see what is the different between RC servo & Robot Servo.

SANY0030a_resize 1. Size , the ProGear BL806 size like the standard servo , it is 42.8 x 41 x 21.2mm , the size is good for make a robot around 350mm tall . One pc of ProGear comes with a 3.9mm thick circle horn , the horn include 4pcs screw nut inside the horn , & the package include 4pcs 2m x 4.5 screw , 6pcs 2 x 5 KA & 1pc 2.5m x 6 for fix the horn.

SANY0026_resize2. Axle , the ProGear BL806 have double side of axle , one side of the axle can be remove or use for you choose .

3. Horns , if you don’t want to use the horn come with the BL806 , you can choose any other brand of the horn , because the VR teeth is same of the Futaba , it can use many brand of third party horns you choose.

4. fix with the 6pcs 2 x 5 KA screw , the BL806 comes with 6pcs 2 x  5 KA screw , it is for fix the servo , at the top face it have seven hole for fix the servo , at the back , it have four hole for fix servo.

5. the input & output , The ProGear BL806 have got 2 connector at both side , it is the input or output for both connector , when you plug at side left connector , the right side connector will be the output , this means you can connect two servo with one PWM signal , when you want to control with different signal , you can use two pin for the power & the signal pin can connect to you servo controller , then you don’t need to connect all servo with many of wire to the servo controller . the weight of your robot will get light.
