Hi Keith, Downloading, storing and running programs for MT chips with single storage area 1. Connect the download cable to a COM port on the PC. 2. Pull the PC pin (Pin 22) LOW (connect to ground). 3. Switch on or press the Reset button on the ARMBoard. 4. The "PC" message will be displayed on the serial LCD if connected. 5. Click the Download button on the Editor menu bar. 6. After a successful download, the message, ”OK” appears. Soon after, another message, "Run" appears. 7. A number is displayed on the serial LCD indicating the amount of free run-time memory units available. 8. Program starts running. Since you don’t have a LCD to display the MCU’s running status, you have to wait for about 2 second after step 3, because the MCU needs a moment to clear the Flash memory before it can accomodates a new program! The PC pin only needs to get pull-low for the MCU to enter download mode, after that it has to get released. Otherwise, the MCU will go to download mode every time you reset the MCU. Just wait for a bit longer before clicking the "Download" button on the IDE. You may send an email to me and leave your phone number behind, so I can diagnose your problem over the phone.Victor
