Repair & Change Parts for TK03

After many usage of TK03, & drop on the floor around 1m height. TK03 need to change some of the damaged parts.

At the few mouths ago, When I go Japan & buy the Kondo KHR-3HV plastic foot & want to install at the TK03. Now it is a chance for change it at the same time.

after change parts & the foot, TK03 have need to fine turn the program again.

Complete all mechanical works for the TK04 TorreóN

I have been designed & made the first parts CA-01 for the ProGear BL806 Robot Servo. This C-mount design by me & manufacture at the factory. I have waiting a long time of this CA-01 for complete my TK04 TorreóN.

now I just need to play attendtion for program the TK04 TorreóN, to complete it ASAP.

C-Mount for the ProGear BL806 Robot Servo

First Robot Parts Designed By me have been manufacture at the factory. Just have received some of the test sample from the factory. It will be have a large stock at the mid of the March.

It can be fit with the ProGear BL806 Robot Servo.

for the TK04 TorreóN, Now have been done all the Parts for the Robot TK04, but still need to wait the factory for the C-Mount manufacture,

TK04 TorreóN Contrinue have testing for the Gun , Laser & Camera , the Camera is at the left side of the gun,

For adjust the Laser , I have been made a special holder ( blude & white ) , for adjust the angle of the Laser pointer ,

it is make the Laser Pointer alignment is easy ,

Use SEM-R0001 with the ProGear BL806 – solution 1

For the ProGear BL806 , it have got both AXLE , usually we still have to make the aluminum servo mount for the servo , but I have two more easy solution to build the servo mount for the ProGear BL806 ,

	First , we have to prepare the tools , 1. a 8mm drill , 2. a cutter , 3. a 45 degree drill ,
	we can see that the SEM-R0001 plastic servo mount is not enough long for the ProGear BL806 , it is not a problem .
	use the cutter , cut the SEM-R0001 servo mount at the middle , make it be separate .
	use the 45 degree drill make the hole have a 45 degree cutting , it can include a 2mm screw ,
	use the 8mm drill for make the plastic hole bigger , then it can fix at the ProGear BL806 .
	then use a aluminum plank with 6 hole & 6 pcs 2mm screw , fix & join back the SEM-R0001 together ,
