Repair & Change Parts for TK03

After many usage of TK03, & drop on the floor around 1m height. TK03 need to change some of the damaged parts.

At the few mouths ago, When I go Japan & buy the Kondo KHR-3HV plastic foot & want to install at the TK03. Now it is a chance for change it at the same time.

after change parts & the foot, TK03 have need to fine turn the program again.

The Final Test of TK04 TorreóN

 

finish the monitor & receiver mounting for the TK04 TorreóN. The TK04 Project will be stop at the moment. If have any update for this project , will be update ASAP.

The next job is repair the TK03 first, at the last month, TK03 have drop on the floor around 1m height. some of the parts are broken. also I have decide to replace the Kondo KHR-3HV foot on the TK03, & beautiful the cable routing for the TK03.

& remake the demo unit ( 4 servo Robot ) for the primary school.

then will be start the Project TK05.

this is the draft for the TK05. before TK05 project start, may be have some re-edit design for the Parts & the outlook.

C-Mount for the ProGear BL806 Robot Servo

First Robot Parts Designed By me have been manufacture at the factory. Just have received some of the test sample from the factory. It will be have a large stock at the mid of the March.

It can be fit with the ProGear BL806 Robot Servo.

for the TK04 TorreóN, Now have been done all the Parts for the Robot TK04, but still need to wait the factory for the C-Mount manufacture,

TK04 TorreóN Gun Test

TK04 TorreóN have connect with a toy gun , shoot with the BB bullet ,

so need to have a test for the gun , and the laser sight have to adjust the angle ,

零貳之後

TK02 會繼續完成 , 見有時間 , 開始設計零貳加一 ,

TK03-miniBlood , 不日製造 ,

未有主板 , 未有 controller , 未有 Servo , 只有外形 desgin , 同埋想完成 TK02 先 , 故此 TK03-miniBlood 不日製造 , 敬請留意。

手動 CNC 制作零件

	為左制做 TK02，用左新的物料，而其中某的零件是尼龍，但是加工係有難度的，因為物料本身非常光滑，如果就咁鋸一定做唔到要有的型狀及角度，於是用左 ” 手動 CNC ” 方法，試左出來之後，效果唔錯。

TK02 工程設計完成 70%

由開始去設計 TK02 到真係諗方法做一個比較真實的 Inventor File 出來，到現在已經有大概 70% 的設計出左來了，點解係比較真實呢？因為在 TK01 設計的時候根本由開始已經無注意到以下的問題 : 1 . 高度的問題 2 . Servo 轉動時接觸面的問題 3 . 機體內主版安放的問題 4 . 當時手工制作的技術問題 5 . 仲有好多問題 …… 等等 基於以上原因，所以先要設計 TK02，就經過左制作 TK01 呢段時間，以上問題可以話有信心能夠處理， 1 . 就高度的問題，TK02 將會是大概 350mm 高度左右，比 TK01 將會小 200mm 左右。 2 . 而 Servo 接觸面的 Spacer 亦試過加工制作。 3 . 機體內主版的安放，因為已制作左 Inventor 版的立體圖例，所以已模疑在機體之內。 4 . 而手工制作更加有信心了，因為已在設計零件時事先知道該件零件，進行加工時有沒有難度， 但還有很多問題，真係諗到爆呀 而另外用 Inventor 設計隋了有圖例，其實仲有一個好處，就是可以做一份 Parts List 出來，你會發覺會有零件的名稱、數重等等各樣資料。 另外的另外，地震後的今天終於找到成都內的朋友了，要知道一個小女生在地震當天由十二樓的辨工室跑到地面，有很多人都因為咁而扭傷，果份驚慌的感覺係我地感受唔到的，而且現在每天亦有餘震，住在成都的她已經習慣了，但其他很多地方仍需要我地去幫忙的，希望各位都能盡一分力去救災啦。
