動作串連

TK01 上次做好左一個動作 , 當然亦會繼續做更多動作啦 ,
今次是踎低左之後加入 Shift Right 及 Shift Left 最後企番起身 ,
今次唔講咁多啦 , 自己睇片啦 ( 影片一儲存 ) ( 影片二儲存 )

    仲有單腳重心偏移 , 不過動作唔靚 , 未拍片 , 等我過 2 日得閑 d , program 過靚 d 先再 post
